Fill out a quick form with a few details about your wardrobe. We'll confirm a collection time within 48 hours.

We collect
We come to your home across Sydney. Hand us the clothes you want to sell. Collections are free.

Sort and assess
After collection we review every item, confirm any necessary returns, and set an initial list price and minimum acceptance price for each piece. You'll see it all on a live dashboard.

Photograph and list
Each item gets clean product photos and an optimised listing on Vinted - title, description, size, brand, and pricing all handled.

Manage sales
When buyers show interest, we handle the enquiries, respond to questions, and negotiate where needed.

Pack and ship
Every sold item is carefully packed and posted. We manage tracking and delivery confirmation.

Report and pay out
You get fortnightly sales summaries showing what's sold, what's listed, and what you've earned, with payouts by bank transfer each month.
You hand over the clothes. We handle everything else.

Questions
Once you book, we'll follow up within 48 hours to confirm your collection time. We'll then sort and share across a live dashboard with all items, alongside the initial list price and minimum acceptance price.
We earn a commission on each sale. There are no upfront costs, no listing fees, and no charges if an item doesn't sell. We'll walk you through the details when you book.
We keep items listed for 60 days. After that, you can choose to have them returned, donated to charity, or we can continue listing them for longer.
We focus on items in good, resaleable condition - clean, no major damage, and with genuine resale value. We'll review everything after collection and confirm any necessary returns. We don't accept underwear, swimwear, or heavily worn fast fashion.
Wonderful - luxury and designer pieces are some of our best performers. We'll follow up to confirm these items ahead of your collection, and in some instances we may request proof of purchase to authenticate them and help them sell for the best possible price.
We ask for at least 15 items per collection to make the trip worthwhile for both of us.

We currently list on Vinted, which recently launched in Australia. Over time we'll expand to additional resale platforms to maximise your sales.
We send fortnightly sales summaries and pay your earnings via bank transfer monthly. You always know exactly what's sold and what you've earned.
It varies by item. Some things sell within days, others take a few weeks. We price competitively and actively manage listings to keep things moving.
